3. The “Coca-Cola Summer Promotion 2019” promotion will take place from July 1, 2019 until September 9, 2019.

4. 5. An individual has the right to participate in lotteries up to 6 times in one month.

6. Employees of the organizing entity, authorized distributors’ holders, or point of sale employees of CCBS products, family members of the above persons (spouse, cohabitant, parents, children, brothers and sisters), non Vodafone Albania subscribers.

7. CCBS products included in this promotion will be sold at normal market price.

8. To participate in the promotion, customers will not incur any additional costs for any code placed on My Vodafone or Juth.

12. Gifts will be distributed at CCBS premises. Winners can withdraw the gift from Monday to Friday at 12 noon from July 16 to September 16. Withdrawal of the gift can only be done by presenting the winner’s identification document. The winner will:

a) Notify by telephone within the day of the draw. If the winner does not answer the phone or the number is not available by 5:30 pm on the day of the draw, then CCBS is entitled to announce the winner to the next person.

b) In case the winner does not answer the phone or the number is not available by 17:30 he accepts that there will be no claim regarding the fair loss as a winner of his Promotion.

f) These rules will be published in part on the labels of the promotional bottles and promotional materials and in full on the website (www.ccbs.al).

g) In the event of printing errors or any other cork irregularities, including the partial deletion or manipulation of codes by the sole assessment of the organizing entity, the CCBS organizing entity or any authorized partner, shall not be liable or obligated for giving the gift. Participants in this promotion are not entitled to claim a prize in greater quantity, or a price other than that set by the campaign organizing entity under this regulation. The above prices are not cash convertible. By participating in this promotion, participants are required to abide by this regulation.

h) The “Coca-Cola Summer Promotion 2019” promotion may be terminated in the event of force majeure (circumstances that the Company could not have foreseen or influenced), including the inability of CCBS to continue the “Coca-Cola Summer Promotion 2019” promotion. for reasons that do not depend on her will.
