INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA INTENDED FOR THE WEBSITE USERS WWW.CCBS.AL

Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria is the owner of the personal data of users of the Site (the Users) and respects the rights relating to the protection of personal data of the latter.

Below is some information regarding the processing of personal data of Users performed by CCBS. This information is updated periodically and Users are therefore requested to read them regularly.

As defined by the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, the law n. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 “On the protection of personal data”, CCBS informs Users who use the web services offered by the Website of the policies adopted by the company in the field of protection of personal data, the criteria used by CCBS for data collection personal on-line and, in particular, the methods, timing, purpose, nature and scope of communication and dissemination of the information processed.

This information concerns only the Site and not any websites that may be linked via links to the Site.

The processing operations on the personal data of the Users who request the services offered through the Site take place at the CCBS headquarters and are carried out only by personnel in charge of processing or by persons in charge of operations of management and maintenance of the Site.

No data collected through the Site is communicated or disseminated except for the purposes expressly provided for and with the consent – provided for – of the interested User.

DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER

CCBS collects Users’ data only on their explicit request, for example by filling in the form for registering Users who request particular services (eg sending newsletters, accessing restricted areas of the Site, etc.).

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the Users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good purpose, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the User’s computer environment.

These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes committed against the Site: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts are not kept for more than seven days.

COOKIES

No personal data relating to Users is acquired by the site through cookies. The use of session cookies on this site avoids the use of other IT techniques that could potentially compromise the confidentiality of Users’ browsing and does not allow the acquisition of User’s personal identification data.

The use of the same is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the site and to collect the information, in aggregate form, about the number of Users and how they visit the Site.

Third-party technical cookies are exclusively linked to the presence of functions integrated with social networks.

It is possible to disable cookies, or part of them, by changing the relative settings in the Internet browser Settings menu. In doing so, however, the availability of all the interactive features of the website will also be less.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The personal data provided by Users who send requests to send informative material (bulletins, cd-roms, newsletters, reports, answers to questions, invitations to events, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the requested service and are communicated to third parties only in the event that this is necessary for this purpose (eg delivery service of the company material through third parties).

If the User decides to provide his personal data, these can be used with your consent for: a) commercial, marketing and promotional purposes, including sending advertising material; b) analysis of the use of the Site by its Users and adaptation to the needs of the Users of the layout of the services and of the Site.

CCBS does not collect personal User identification data (eg name, address, fiscal code, telephone number or e-mail address) through its Website, except in the sole case that the Users voluntarily provide them.

Under no circumstances will Users’ personal data be transferred to third parties, or otherwise made available to third parties for commercial purposes.

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA

Apart from that specified for navigation data, the User is free to provide personal data contained in the application forms to CCBS to request or request the sending of informative material, such as newsletters or other communications.

Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.

METHOD OF TREATMENT

Personal data is processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with the security measures provided for by the Code to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

MINORS

If CCBS were aware of requests, referred to in the above paragraphs, made by persons under 18 years of age – site users, it will be its concern to obtain the prior consent of the child’s parents to process the data relating to the request.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

Users have the right at any time to:

(i) Obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;

(ii) Obtain an indication of the origin of the data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, of the identification data concerning the data controller and the data processors, the subjects or of the categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or processors.

(iii) obtain:

I. Updating, rectification or, when it is of interest to them, integration of data;

II. The cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;

III. The attestation that the operations referred to in numbers I and II have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment will prove impossible or will involve a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.

(iv) object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection and to the processing of data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research.
