Brand Manager

CCBS is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Brand Manager.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with local customers and competitors, with the support of TCCC, to ensure the growth strategy and plan to maximize brand business performance.
  • Responsible for the brand marketing plan and calendar, maximizing quality and excellence in execution and delivery.
  • Develops the communication plan to support all brands.
  • Builds relevant local communication platforms.
  • Understands core consumer needs, competitive strategies, and system capabilities to identify key business opportunities and priorities.
  • Conducts Business Analysis to provide a clear overview of current performance.
  • Supports and proposes relevant local brands and improvements to brand structure that will drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • More than 4 years of experience in marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in a beverage company.
  • Strong ability to create a winning vision in an environment with a strong focus on trade, promotion, sales, and partnership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of Italian will be considered an advantage).
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package.
