CCBS is looking for suitable candidates for the following position: Sales Executive for the Fushë-Krujë Area

Job Purpose:

The responsibility of this position is to achieve the assigned targets related to sales volume, stock levels, customer visits, and activations, in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Visits every point of sale within the assigned area according to the daily schedule.
• Ensures that products are positioned correctly and in accordance with CCBS standards.
• Checks product stock levels at each point of sale.
• Collects orders from existing customers and identifies new customers.
• Ensures the placement of promotional materials at points of sale.
• Collaborates and continuously exchanges information with the Area Manager.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for carrying out marketing activities within the assigned territory.
• Coordinates with the Marketing Team and customers to ensure that all activity requirements are in place, including space, visibility, and agreed execution standards.
• Ensures product availability and provides last-mile logistics support when required.
• Monitors the execution of activities in the field, promptly addresses any issues that arise, and reports daily progress and challenges.
• Performs any other duties assigned by the direct manager/director.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A university degree and previous experience in similar positions are considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Valid driving licence.
• Must reside in Tirana, Durrës, Krujë, Fushë-Krujë, or the surrounding areas.
