Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria (CCBS) is looking for suitable candidates for the position of: Key Accounts (KA) Sales Executive – Tirana

Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to achieve the assigned objectives related to sales volume, stock levels, customer visits, and activations, in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit every sales outlet within the assigned territory according to the daily schedule.
• Ensure products are positioned correctly and according to CCBS merchandising standards.
• Monitor product stock levels at each point of sale.
• Collect orders from existing customers and identify new customers.
• Ensure promotional materials are properly displayed at points of sale.
• Collaborate and continuously exchange information with the Area Supervisor.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the implementation of marketing activities within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team and customers to ensure activation readiness (space allocation, visibility, and agreed execution standards).
• Ensure product availability and provide last-mile logistical support when required.
• Monitor the execution of field activities, promptly address any issues that arise, and report daily progress and challenges.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager/director.

Skills & Qualifications

• A university degree and previous experience in similar positions are considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must reside in Tirana.
