CCBS is seeking suitable candidates for the position of Key Account Sales Executive – Tirana.

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of this position is to achieve the established targets related to sales volume, stock levels, customer visits, and activations, in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Visits every point of sale within the assigned territory according to the daily schedule.
• Ensures that products are positioned in the appropriate locations and in accordance with CCBS standards.
• Checks product stock levels at each point of sale. Takes orders from existing customers and identifies potential new customers.
• Ensures that promotional materials are properly displayed at each point of sale.
• Collaborates and regularly exchanges information with the Area Manager.
• Acts as the first point of contact for the implementation of marketing activities within the assigned territory.
• Coordinates with the Marketing Team and customers to ensure readiness for each activity, including space, visibility, and agreed execution standards.
• Ensures product availability and provides last-mile logistics support when required.
• Monitors the on-site execution of activities, promptly addresses any issues that arise, and reports daily progress and challenges.
• Performs any other duties assigned by the direct manager or director.

Skills & Qualifications

• A university degree and previous experience in similar positions are considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• A valid driving licence.
• Must reside in Tirana.
