Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria (CCBS) is looking for suitable candidates for the position of: HoReCa Sales Executive – Vlora

Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to achieve the assigned objectives related to sales volume, stock levels, customer visits, and activations, in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the monthly quantitative and qualitative HoReCa targets.
• List and maintain the assortment according to PicOS for ICF & ICNF.
• Identify growth opportunities through activations, events, and promotional materials.
• Negotiate the best asset locations at the point of sale.
• Manage and maintain HoReCa assets according to company standards.
• Execute the daily HoReCa visit routine.
• Report quality and packaging issues.
• Implement CCBS policies and procedures.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the CCBS HoReCa/OTGF portfolio.
• Monitor competitor activities in the HoReCa/OTGF channel and report findings.
• Apply RED standards and use data to support negotiations.
• Act as the main point of contact for marketing events within the HoReCa/OTGF channel.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to implement events.
• Ensure product availability for events.
• Monitor field events and report progress.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor, according to business needs.

Skills & Qualifications

• A university degree and previous experience in similar positions are considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must reside in Vlora or the surrounding areas.
