CCBS is looking for suitable candidates for the position: Business Support Manager
The Business Support Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the General Manager (GM), providing business insights, project coordination, and operational support. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead initiatives that improve business efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support key projects, decision-making processes, and the implementation of business strategies.
Role and Responsibilities
Business and Strategic Support
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support the decision-making process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and operational plans.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and growth.
- Support financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management initiatives.
Project and Initiative Management
- Oversee and lead strategic projects and business initiatives as assigned by the General Manager (GM).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely execution of key deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure projects are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Stakeholder and Communication Management
- Act as a key liaison between the General Manager (GM) and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support negotiations, partnership discussions, and business development efforts.
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and business proposals.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to drive operational progress.
Operational and Performance Support
- Streamline business processes and ensure alignment with company priorities.
- Drive efficiency improvements through process optimization and automation.
- Support compliance, policy implementation, and governance initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership teams to support organizational development.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, project management, or executive support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and business tools.
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Monday, SmartSheet, etc.).
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology is an advantage (Black Belt certification preferred).
- Experience with Change Management is an advantage (Prosci or similar certification preferred).
- Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or business intelligence is an advantage.
