CCBS is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Brand Manager UFT (Uji i Ftohtë Tepelene)
The Brand Manager is responsible for the strategic management and development of the brand, acting with an entrepreneurial mindset to maximize brand performance, market positioning, and sustainable business growth.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand local consumers and the competitive landscape to develop growth strategies and plans that maximize brand performance.
- Own the brand marketing plan and activity calendar, ensuring excellence and high-quality execution.
- Develop and lead the communication plan to support all brands.
- Create communication platforms tailored to the local market.
- Understand key customer needs across all channels, competitive strategies, and system capabilities to identify business opportunities and priorities.
- Analyze pricing across all channels to gain market share in line with the brand’s positioning.
- Conduct business analysis to provide clear insights into current business performance.
- Support the development of local brand propositions and the enhancement of brand architecture and design to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 4 years of experience in marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably within the beverage sector.
- Strong ability to develop a winning vision in a highly commercial environment focused on trade, promotions, sales, and partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
