Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria (CCBS) is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:

Seasonal Sales Executive – Saranda Area

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to achieve assigned targets related to sales volume, stock levels, customer visits, and in-market activations, in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit every assigned outlet within the territory according to the daily route plan.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and positioned according to Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria merchandising standards.
• Monitor product stock levels at customer outlets.
• Collect orders from existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure promotional materials are properly placed at points of sale.
• Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with the Area Supervisor.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the execution of marketing activities within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team and customers to ensure activation readiness, including space allocation, visibility, and agreed execution standards.
• Ensure product availability and provide last-mile logistical support whenever required.
• Monitor activation execution in the field, promptly resolve issues, and report daily progress and challenges.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Skills & Qualifications

• A university degree and previous experience in a similar role are considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must reside in Vlora or surrounding areas.
