Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria (CCBS) is looking for suitable candidates for the position of: Merchandiser – KA Center

The Merchandiser is responsible for optimizing sales and profitability by ensuring that stores are stocked with the right products in the right quantities. This role includes stocking shelves, organizing and maintaining product displays, pricing products, and monitoring store inventory. The Merchandiser also analyzes sales data to identify best-selling product lines and supports the development of promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stores and shelves are stocked with the appropriate product assortment and quantities.
• Display, arrange, and price products within the store.
• Maintain store shelves by removing outdated or damaged products.
• Monitor store inventory based on sales and replenishment.
• Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying high-performing and best-selling product lines.
• Make recommendations for promotional strategies based on sales and pricing data.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors.
• Must reside in Durrës, Tirana, or the surrounding areas.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma required (a university degree is considered an advantage).
• 2–3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license (must be available to travel).
