Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria (CCBS) is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of: Graphic Designer

Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of marketing and corporate communication materials, ensuring all visual assets align with the company’s brand identity and quality standards. The role supports both print and digital communications, point-of-sale materials, packaging, and web content.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce a variety of marketing and corporate communication materials, including brochures, catalogs, print advertisements, posters, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, promotional materials, labels, point-of-sale materials, and website content.
Develop creative concepts and layouts by selecting imagery, typography, and visual elements that comply with brand guidelines, while updating and adapting designs as required.
Provide creative support for the development, enhancement, and redesign of marketing materials and product labels according to company standards.
Estimate project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of assigned work.
Gather and organize information from multiple sources, formatting and updating documents and graphics across various file formats, including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and printed materials.
Work across a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD).
Produce concept sketches and visual illustrations to communicate creative ideas.
Stay up to date with emerging design technologies, software, and digital media trends.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising and/or graphic design.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend creative solutions while supporting business objectives.
Ability to work under pressure, collaborate effectively, and remain flexible.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience preparing files for prepress production.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Good command of English; knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage.
