CCBS is seeking suitable candidates for the following position: Merchandiser (Lezhë–Laç)
Job Purpose:
The Merchandiser helps optimise sales and profitability by ensuring that stores are stocked with the right products in the right quantities. This may include stocking shelves, arranging and maintaining product displays, pricing products and monitoring store inventory.
The Merchandiser may also analyse sales data to identify best-selling product lines and develop promotional strategies.
More specifically:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that stores and shelves are stocked with the appropriate types and quantities of products.
- Display, arrange and price products in stores.Maintain store shelves by removing expired or damaged products.
- Monitor store inventory based on sales and incoming stock.
- Optimise sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable product lines and best-selling items.
- Recommend promotional strategies based on sales and pricing data.
- Work and communicate effectively with buyers, suppliers, stores and distributors.
- Reside in Lezhë, Laç or the surrounding areas.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary education is required; a university degree will be considered an advantage.
- Two to three years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A valid driving licence and availability to travel.
