CCBS is looking for suitable candidates for the following position: Sales Executive for the Vlora Area

Job Purpose:

The person in this position is responsible for achieving assigned targets related to sales volume, stock levels, customer visits, and activations, in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visits every point of sale in the assigned area according to the daily schedule.
• Ensures that products are positioned correctly and in accordance with CCBS standards.
• Checks product stock levels at each point of sale.
• Takes orders from existing customers and identifies potential new customers.
• Ensures that promotional materials are properly displayed at points of sale.
• Collaborates and regularly exchanges information with the Area Manager.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for implementing marketing activities within the assigned territory.
• Coordinates with the Marketing Team and customers to ensure readiness for activities, including space, visibility, and agreed execution standards.
• Ensures product availability and provides last-mile logistical support when required.
• Monitors the implementation of activities in the field, promptly addresses any issues, and reports daily progress and challenges.
• Performs any other duties assigned by the direct manager/director.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A university degree and previous experience in similar positions are considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Valid driving licence.
• Must reside in Vlora or the surrounding areas.
