CCBS is looking for suitable candidates for the position: Sales Executive for the Fier Area

Job Purpose:

The responsibility of this position is to achieve the assigned targets related to sales volume, stock levels, customer visits, and in-store activations, in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Visit every point of sale in the assigned area according to the daily schedule.
  • Ensure that the product is positioned in the correct place and according to CCBS standards.
  • Check the product stock levels at the point of sale.
  • Take orders from existing customers and identify new potential customers.
  • Ensure the placement of promotional materials at the point of sale.
  • Collaborate and continuously exchange information with the area supervisor.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the implementation of marketing activities within the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team and customers to ensure activity readiness (space, visibility, and agreed implementation standards).
  • Ensure product availability and support last-mile logistics when required.
  • Monitor the implementation of activities in the field, promptly address emerging issues, and report daily progress and challenges.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager/supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Higher education and previous experience in similar positions will be considered an advantage.
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to work in the field.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Must reside in Fier.
