CCBS is looking for suitable candidates for the position of: Mystery Shopper – Southern Region

Role and Responsibilities:

• Visit customers within the assigned territory.
• Follow the route established by the manager accurately and cover all scheduled points of sale.
• Have a thorough understanding of the RED guidelines and complete surveys in accordance with these requirements.
• Maintain a professional approach and create a positive atmosphere at the points of sale being inspected.
• Properly follow and implement all instructions provided by the manager.
• Adapt quickly to new procedures and workplace situations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience.
• Previous merchandising experience.
• A high level of integrity and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a good memory.
• Ability to build professional relationships easily.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and circumstances.
• Results-oriented approach.
• Good observation and written reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel throughout Albania.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Reside in Vlorë, Fier, or the surrounding areas.
