CCBS is looking for suitable candidates for the position of: Mystery Shopper – Northern Region

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit customers within the assigned territory.
• Follow the itinerary established by the manager accurately and cover all scheduled points of sale.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the RED guidelines and complete surveys in accordance with these requirements.
• Maintain a professional approach and create a positive atmosphere at the points of sale being inspected.
• Follow and implement all instructions provided by the manager correctly.
• Adapt quickly to new procedures and working situations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales.
• Previous experience in merchandising.
• A high level of integrity and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a good memory.
• Ability to build professional relationships with ease.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and circumstances.
• Great attention to detail and a good memory.
• Goal-oriented approach.
• Good observational and written skills for preparing written reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to build professional relationships with ease.
• Willingness to travel throughout Albania.
• Category B driving licence.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Residence in Shkodër, Lezhë, or the surrounding areas.
