CCBS is looking for suitable candidates for the position of: Merchandiser – Vlorë/Fier

Job Purpose:

The Merchandiser helps optimize sales and profitability by ensuring that stores are stocked with the right products in the right quantities. This may include stocking shelves, arranging and maintaining product displays, pricing products, and monitoring store inventory. Merchandisers may also analyse sales data to identify best-selling product lines and develop promotional strategies.

More specifically:

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that stores and shelves are stocked with the appropriate types and quantities of products.
• Displays, arranges, and prices products in stores.
• Maintains store shelves by removing expired or damaged products.
• Monitors store inventory based on sales and incoming stock.
• Optimizes sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable product lines and best-selling products.
• Makes recommendations regarding promotional strategies using sales and pricing data.
• Works and communicates with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors.
• Must reside in Vlorë, Fier, or the surrounding areas.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; a university degree is considered an advantage.
• Two to three years of previous work experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Valid driving licence and availability to travel.
