CCBS is seeking suitable candidates for the following position: Merchandiser (Sarandë–Gjirokastër)

Qëllimi i punës:

The Merchandiser helps optimise sales and profitability by ensuring that stores are stocked with the right products in the appropriate quantities. Responsibilities may include stocking shelves, arranging and maintaining product displays, pricing products and monitoring store inventory.

The Merchandiser may also analyse sales data to identify the best-selling product lines and develop promotional strategies.

More specifically:

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that stores and shelves are stocked with the appropriate types and quantities of products.
• Display, arrange and price products in stores.
• Maintain store shelves by removing expired or damaged products.
• Monitor store inventory based on sales and incoming stock.
• Optimise sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable product lines and best-selling products.
• Make recommendations regarding promotional strategies using sales and pricing data.
• Work and communicate effectively with buyers, suppliers, stores and distributors.
• Reside in Sarandë, Gjirokastër or the surrounding areas.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary education; a university degree will be considered an advantage.
• Two to three years of previous work experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• A valid driving licence and availability to travel.
