CCBS is looking for suitable candidates for the position: Merchandiser (Lezhë – Laç)
Job Purpose:
Merchandisers help optimize sales and profitability by ensuring that stores are stocked with the right products in the right quantities. This may include stocking shelves, arranging and maintaining product displays, pricing products, and monitoring store inventory. Some merchandisers also analyze sales data to identify best-selling lines and develop promotional strategies.
More specifically:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that stores and shelves are stocked with the correct types and quantities of products.
- Display, arrange, and price products in the store.
- Maintain store shelves by removing expired or damaged products.
- Monitor store inventory based on sales and deliveries.
- Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable product lines and best sellers.
- Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data.
- Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors.
- Must reside in the respective area.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Completed secondary education (higher education is considered an advantage).
- 2–3 years of previous work experience in similar positions.
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good analytical skills.
- Valid driving license (must be available to travel).
