PROMOTION RULES

“Coca-Cola Summer Promotion 2019”
organized by Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria sh.p.k. (CCBS)

1. Organizing Entity

The organizer of the promotion “Coca-Cola Summer Promotion 2019” is Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria sh.p.k. (CCBS), NUIS J61901061H, with registered office at: National Road Tirana–Durrës, Km 5, Kashar, Tirana, Albania.

2. Territory

The promotion is valid throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Albania.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion will run from July 1, 2019 until September 9, 2019.

4. Participation Conditions

The promotion is open to all natural persons who:

• Have permanent residence in the Republic of Albania

• Are over 18 years old

• Are subscribers of Vodafone Albania

• Purchase during the promotional period the participating products marketed by CCBS:

  • Coca-Cola (0.5L PET, 0.25L glass, 0.33L can)

  • Coca-Cola Zero (0.5L PET, 0.25L glass, 0.33L can)

  • Fanta Orange (0.5L PET, 0.25L glass, 0.33L can)

  • Fanta Exotic (0.5L PET, 0.25L glass, 0.33L can)

Each individual may participate in the draws up to 6 times per month.

5. Exclusions

The following are not eligible to participate:

• Employees of CCBS

• Authorized distributors and their employees

• Employees of retail outlets selling CCBS products

• Immediate family members of the above (spouses, partners, parents, children, siblings)

• Non-subscribers of Vodafone Albania

6. Product Pricing

Participating products will be sold at their regular market price.
No additional cost is required to enter codes into the My Vodafone or Juth application.

7. Promotion Mechanism

The promotion operates under the formula:

“Find the code under the cap (plastic bottles and cans) or under the label (glass bottles) and enter the draw.”

To participate:

1. Find the alphanumeric code under the cap or label.

2. Enter the code in the My Vodafone or Juth application.

The system verifies code validity. Duplicate or incorrect codes will be rejected.
The organizer is not responsible for network overload or technical malfunctions.

8. Prize Draws

From July 8, 2019 to September 9, 2019, every Monday at 11:00 AM, in the presence of a public notary and authorized institutional representatives, prize draws will be held for:

• 10 Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphones

• 5 Connected Watches (drawn every two weeks)

Draws will take place at Vodafone Albania offices.
Winners are selected randomly by the system.

9. Prizes

During the promotion, participants may win:

• 10 Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphones
  Monetary value: ALL 105,380 (VAT included) each

• 5 Connected Watches
  Monetary value: ALL 10,631.25 (VAT included) each

• Approximately 16 million winning codes with bonus MB internet
  Estimated total value: ALL 30,000,000 – 60,000,000 (VAT included)

Prizes are not convertible into cash.

10. Winner Notification & Prize Collection

The winner:

• Will be notified by phone on the day of the draw

• Must respond by 17:30 on the same day

• If unreachable, the organizer reserves the right to declare the next eligible participant as winner

Prizes must be collected at CCBS premises, Monday to Friday at 12:00 PM, between July 16 and September 16.

Winners must present a valid identification document and sign the prize acceptance report.

11. Personal Data

Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of this promotion and handled in accordance with Law No. 9887, dated 10.3.2008 “On Personal Data Protection”, as amended.

After the promotion ends, personal data will be destroyed in accordance with applicable legislation.

12. Liability

CCBS shall not be liable for any financial or non-financial damage resulting from participation in the promotion, except as provided by law.

The promotion may be suspended in cases of force majeure. Participants will be duly informed in such cases.

13. Legal Basis

This promotion is organized in compliance with:

• The Civil Code of the Republic of Albania

• Council of Ministers Decision No. 196, dated 15.3.2017, on the organization of promotional games
