CCBS Donates 6,000,000 Lekë to the Infectious Diseases Service at the “Mother Teresa” University Hospital in Tirana

Coca-Cola Bottling Shqipëria (CCBS), the authorized partner of The Coca-Cola Company in Albania, has donated 6,000,000 lekë on behalf of its employees to the Infectious Diseases Service at the “Mother Teresa” University Hospital Center in Tirana.

The contribution was made during a critical moment for the country, as the healthcare system faced the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this donation, CCBS aimed to provide concrete support to the medical teams working on the front line.

“In a moment of such a serious emergency for our country, we believe this donation is a necessary gesture to offer tangible support in coping with the situation,” said Luca Busi, President of CCBS. “This initiative, like many others, was made possible thanks to the responsible behavior and commitment of all the people who work at CCBS.”

As one of the most widely recognized beverage companies in the country, CCBS considers it a responsibility to stand close to institutions that play a crucial role in society. With this gesture, the company expressed its solidarity with the medical staff and patients at the Infectious Diseases Center, a key facility in the national response to the pandemic.

The donation reflects the company’s broader commitment to community support and social responsibility. For CCBS, solidarity is driven by people—employees, partners, and communities—who come together in difficult times with resilience, trust, and a shared belief in a stronger future.
