CCBS is looking for suitable candidates for the position of: Merchandiser for Key Accounts – Durrës/Tirana.
Job Purpose:
Merchandisers help optimize sales and profitability by ensuring that stores are stocked with the right products in the right quantities. This may include stocking shelves, arranging and maintaining product displays, pricing products, and monitoring store inventory. Some merchandisers also analyse sales data to identify best-selling product lines and develop promotional strategies.
More specifically:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that stores and shelves are stocked with the appropriate types and quantities of products.
- Display, arrange, and price products in stores.
- Maintain store shelves by removing expired or damaged products.
- Monitor store inventory based on sales and incoming stock.
- Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable product lines and bestsellers.
- Recommend promotional strategies based on sales and pricing data.
- Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors.
- Reside in Durrës, Tirana, or the surrounding areas.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; a university degree is considered an advantage.
- Two to three years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Valid driving licence and availability to travel.
