CCBS is seeking suitable candidates for the position: Horeca Sales Executive Vlore
Job Purpose:
The responsibility of this position is to achieve the set objectives related to sales volume, stock level, customer visits and activations in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
Role and responsibilities:
• Visits each sales point in his/her area according to the daily schedule.
• Ensures that the product is positioned in the correct place and according to CCBS standards.
• Checks the product stock condition at the point of sale.
• Takes orders from existing clients and identifies new clients.
• Ensures the placement of promotional materials at the point of sale.
• Cooperates and continuously exchanges information with the area supervisor.
• Acts as the first point of contact for the implementation of marketing activities in his/her territory.
• Coordinates with the Marketing Team and clients to ensure activity readiness (space, visibility and agreed execution standards).
• Ensures product availability and supports last-mile logistics when required.
• Monitors the execution of activities in the field, immediately addresses arising issues and reports daily progress and issues.
• Performs any other task assigned by the direct manager/director.
Skills and qualifications:
• Higher education and previous experience in similar positions is considered an advantage.
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Driving license.
• Must reside in Vlore.
